From Boise to Calgary, what would be the most scenic – 1) 12 to Lolo, Missoula and north, 2) 95 to Coeur d’Ilene, east on 90 and north, 3) 95 to Sandpoint and east, or 4) 95 to Bonner’s Ferry and east?

I’d take the first one, 12 to Lolo, Missoula, and north. On the way you could stop at Glacier National Park or drive across the park on the “Going To The Sun” road. One of the most amazing highlights of Glacier National Park is a drive on the Going-to-the-Sun Road. This engineering marvel spans 50 miles through the park’s wild interior, winding around mountainsides and treating visitors to some of the best sights in northwest Montana.
